I have not been on the bike since 5 days, and yesterday it looked like 5 years off, when I was pre riding the course here in Sweden.
The first lap did not go well at all but there was some more energy left for the last laps and I finished 3rd behind Norway's Hakon Austad and "Kiwi" team mate Kashi Leuchs.
I really liked the whole venue there, because it was on a small hill with the rider's hotel on the top with a spectacular view over the flat land of Sweden. Also the weather was great.
