Racing Time: Flat Tire after 50min.
My life in the Olympic Village was perfect and there was nothing I missed.
Well, I missed out a lot of partying with the already finished competitors...
But when you have such a big upcoming race you don't care. I was really focussed!
The race itself is really quickly explained:
A few meters after the start I was behind in a crash and lost a lot of places and time. With almost reaching the leaders'group in lap 3 of 7 I
broke my chain.
One of the most frustrating moments in my mtb-bike carrier!
I have to think forward for the World Championships and World Cup Final.
I don't even expect good luck there... just no bad luck, that's it!

i dont know if there´s any to chance for cristoph to answer this question, but anyway, a wanted to know why didn´t cristoph try to repair his chain( in the olimpics), didnt he have the the tools or what?
